These terms apply when you use PlayKraftCo to create a preview or order a book.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose photos you upload, or have their permission.
Your photos
You keep all rights in your photos. You let us use them only to make your preview and your book, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please upload only photos you have the right to use.
Previews
Previews are free and show a few pages of the book. Illustrations are painted for each child, so every version is a little different; you can choose between versions and ask for new ones within the limits shown on the page.
Orders and price
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include taxes and delivery within India. A book costs ₹1,500 unless the page says otherwise. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds.
Approval and printing
After you order, you review every page and approve the book. We print exactly what you approve, so please check names and pages carefully.
Delivery
Printed on thick 200 gsm paper, 11 × 8 inches, delivered in 7 to 10 working days in India. Delivery times are estimates.
Our artwork and story
The illustrations, story and design belong to PlayKraftCo. Your book is for personal use; please don't resell it or reproduce it commercially.
Liability
If something goes wrong with your book, our responsibility is to reprint it or refund you, as set out in our refund policy.
