Refunds and reprints

Every book is made for one child, so we can't take returns. Here is what we do instead.
Before you approve
Changed your mind after paying but before approving the book for print? Write to us and we will refund you in full.
After you approve
The book goes to print once approved and can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged, misprinted or lost
If your book arrives damaged, is printed differently from what you approved, or doesn't arrive, tell us within 14 days with a photo where you can. We will reprint and resend it free, or refund you if you prefer.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
